Terms and Conditions
1. The Royal Borough reserves the right to accept or decline co-promoters at its discretion.
2. Co-promoters will display Advantage Card stickers at their place of business in a prominent position.
3. Co-promoters will record numbers of Advantage Card members who take up their offers.
4. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT payable at 20% or the prevailing rate from time to time.
5. RBWM will not be responsible in any way for the contents accuracy or validity of the information provided by the co-promoter.
6. The co-promoter is not permitted to hold itself out as an agent employee or acting in partnership with RBWM in any way.
7. The Royal Borough reserves the right to remove hyperlinks at its discretion.
8. Subject to the termination provisions of the Original Deeds both parties reserve the right to terminate this Agreement (without prejudice to any other rights of parties) in the event of infringement of its intellectual property rights by the other.
9. Co-promoters must comply with the Distance Regulations Act 2000 as amended from time to time. (see www.dti.gov.uk for further details)
10. Advantage Card promotions are managed by Just Add Sauce Marketing on behalf of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead
